You must be 18 or older, and a UK resident.
How do I send money?
Log in to your account and use the “Tracker” feature with your transaction number.
What documents do I need?

Can I cancel a transfer?
Yes. Go to My Transactions → select the transfer → click Request Cancellation. Refunds will depend on whether funds have already been paid out. How do I update my phone number or details? You can update your details in My Account (web or app). Verification codes will be sent to confirm changes.
